Adequate preparation 1) Time plan: In order to prevent traffic congestion, o ur team members gather in the garden city bus station at 7:30am and set off with two cars to Robina. 2) Formal dressing: Every member of the team worn a formal dress with a name tag to express our professionalism. 3) Meeting role: A ll of us clarifies our responsibility in the meeting. The Amazing Team Our project team works for an exciting, innovative timeshare club: Accor Vacation Club (AVC).  The purpose of our project is to identify the AVC specific issues for retention in the AVC Call Centre.  Our group consists of members with a diversity of knowledge backgrounds, abilities and interests. Each of us is full of energy, and every meeting is conducted in a humorous and relaxed way.
