1st Clients Meeting -- Accor Vacation Club

1. Adequate preparation
1) Time plan: In order to prevent traffic congestion, our team members gather in the garden city bus station at 7:30am and set off with two cars to Robina.
2) Formal dressing: Every member of the team worn a formal dress with a name tag to express our professionalism.
3) Meeting role: All of us clarifies our responsibility in the meeting. Hester and Nick played the role of the main communicator to ask questions according to our list of questions prepared in advance. Elsie, Betty, and Bella three of them are the recorders of the whole meeting. And Carol, Kenny, Troy are the response for Responsible for raising and supplementing questions based on the content of the meeting.



2) During the meeting
Although we did full background research and content preparation before the meeting. At the moment of the meeting, we know what the clients want us to really solve. The purpose of this project is to identify the AVC specific issues for retention in the AVC Call Centre. So we have to change some questions to make sure we are on the right track right now, which makes us all a little panic. All of us try our best to change and overcome it. At the same time, Donna and Kelly patiently explained to us and provided some reports of their surveys before to help us.

3) After meeting
Kelly took us to have a tour in the  Accor Vacation Club. Our mentor Jo gave us a positive encouragement and summed up the meeting today, and the simple arrangement of our next phase of work.
