Plan cannot keep up with changes 😱  Uncertainty of interview schedule When we finished the first phase of our project, we immediately began the second phase of the work according to our milestone. Firstly, we read a lot of literature reviews to help us to deeply understand the problems and design the first draft of the interview questions. After many discussions among the team members and the completion of the mentor guidance, we began to discuss the time of the interview with clients by email. The first time we were looking for the right time of the interview, unfortunately, we didn't get a timely response from our clients. Because Accor was in move their office from Robina to GoldCoat and caught up with the Gold Coast public holiday. So we have to wait for their response patiently. Jo'anne patiently gave us a lot of guidance. 8th August 2019 1st Clients Meeting -- Accor Vacation Club Date: Thursday, Week 3, 08/08/2019 Time: 10:00 - 11:00 Venue: 14 Edgewater Ct, Robina QLD 4226 Attendance: Accor staff: Kelly Ford, Donna Phillips Mentor: Jo’Anne Langham  Team Members (8/8)Nick, Hester, Carol, Elsie, Betty, Kenny, Troy, Bella  1. Adequate preparation 1) Time plan: In order to prevent traffic congestion, o ur team members gather in the garden city bus station at 7:30am and set off with two cars to Robina. 2) Formal dressing: Every member of the team worn a formal dress with a name tag to express our professionalism. 3) Meeting role: A ll of us clarifies our responsibility in the meeting. The Amazing Team Our project team works for an exciting, innovative timeshare club: Accor Vacation Club (AVC).  The purpose of our project is to identify the AVC specific issues for retention in the AVC Call Centre.  Our group consists of members with a diversity of knowledge backgrounds, abilities and interests. Each of us is full of energy, and every meeting is conducted in a humorous and relaxed way. Moreover, our instructor Jo'Anne is very inspiring, whose clear logic and rich experience make us feel reliable.  Team members ✅Challenges around us!! Real Client!
